• Salary: Basic up to $8000 (Subject to Experience)
• 5 days; Mon - Fri; 8.45am to 5.30pm
• Location: Jurong East
• Permanent Role + AWS + Bonus (ave. 1-2months) + Yearly Increments

Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Union (UWPI & CIEU).
• Report to GM of Group HR & Administration.
• Manage a team of 8 (6 HR & 2 admin).
• Oversee budget and policy recommendations.
• Manage HR programs to meet workforce needs, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, employee relations, payroll, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business needs.
• Assess future workforce requirements and recommend program adjustments.
• Lead and develop the HR team to ensure compliance and effective implementation of HR policies.
• Manage recruitment, payroll, and strategic HR planning.
• Ensure HR processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
• Experienced in Dealing with Union.
