Requirements:
- Assist and manage full cycle of monthly payroll processing including computation of salary, attendance checking, overtime processing and allowances, CPF submission and Tax filing for foreign employees under IR21.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing payroll for foreign workers
- Work with respective Site Personnel pertaining to payroll matters.
- Providing information and answering questions about workers payroll-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation of workers records by updating HRIS accurately and promptly.
- Preparing and ensuring accuracy in payroll and other payroll-related reports for stakeholders.
- Handles statutory claims such as NS, maternity, paternity & child-care leave in Singapore.
- On Monthly basis ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day Payroll operations.
- Respond to employees queries on payroll matters relating to timesheets, payslips or pay related calculations.
- Ensure up to date employee data in HRIS System.
- Yearly processing of employment income.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Human Resource Management.
- 2-3 years experience in construction / oil & gas.
- Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/Singapore Employment Act.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
- Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude.
- Able to communicate with Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese speaking staff
- Good in vlook, pivot table etc.
- Able to work independently and a team player.
