Job Description:
  • Assist and manage full cycle of monthly payroll processing including computation of salary, attendance checking, overtime processing and allowances, CPF submission and Tax filing for foreign employees under IR21.
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing payroll for foreign workers
  • Work with respective Site Personnel pertaining to payroll matters.
  • Providing information and answering questions about workers payroll-related matters.
  • Maintain proper documentation of workers records by updating HRIS accurately and promptly.
  • Preparing and ensuring accuracy in payroll and other payroll-related reports for stakeholders.
  • Handles statutory claims such as NS, maternity, paternity & child-care leave in Singapore.
  • On Monthly basis ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day Payroll operations.
  • Respond to employees queries on payroll matters relating to timesheets, payslips or pay related calculations.
  • Ensure up to date employee data in HRIS System.
  • Yearly processing of employment income.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma /Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 2-3 years experience in construction / oil & gas.
  • Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/Singapore Employment Act.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
  • Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude.
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese speaking staff
  • Good in vlook, pivot table etc.
  • Able to work independently and a team player.
