Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EHS Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing and configuring SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) solutions for clients across various industries. The Senior SAP EHS Consultant will lead project teams, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure successful delivery of SAP EHS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP EHS project teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery

- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements using SAP EHS solutions

- Configure and implement SAP EHS modules, including Incident Management, Risk Management, and Compliance Management

- Develop and deliver training programs for clients on SAP EHS solutions

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities

- Stay up-to-date with new SAP EHS functionality and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP EHS consulting, with a focus on implementation and configuration

- Strong knowledge of SAP EHS modules, including Incident Management, Risk Management, and Compliance Management

- Experience leading project teams and providing guidance on best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

- SAP EHS certification or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP solutions

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as OSHA or REACH

- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
