Job Description:
Conduct market research to identify talent trends and industry insights
Source and engage best-fit candidates through profiling assessments, interviews, and strategic research
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Conduct cold calls to gather candidate information and map prospective client organizations
Perform market mapping and targeted headhunting to support recruitment needs

Prepare presentations and reports on talent pipelines, recruitment strategies, and market insights
Support business development efforts by identifying potential client opportunities
