Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the product lifecycle to ensure seamless execution within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.

• Leverage a strong engineering background to drive product development while collaborating with both engineering and business teams.

• Work closely with engineering teams to define, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions.

• Update and enhance existing software capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Develop and oversee software testing and validation procedures to maintain quality and reliability.

• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and developers to align the product vision and strategy.

• Manage technical project execution, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.

• Collaborate with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems while defining performance requirements and technical specifications.

• Support product positioning and market demand analysis, guiding the development of innovative product features.

• Assess product functionalities and performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

• Provide leadership, strategic communication, and problem-solving expertise to drive project success.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of working experience.

• Product Development/Engineering background with hands-on Full Stack experience.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering principles.

• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Good interpersonal, communication, organization, analytical, programming, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: SGD 100000 - 13000 monthly
