About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Work with microservices, cloud technologies, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful and GraphQL services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

✅ Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development.

✅ Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Familiarity with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
