Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a development team in building and maintaining a system using Java

- Architect and implement scalable solutions for processing and recording large volumes of transactional data.

- Diagnose and resolve issues in production as part of L3 support responsibilities

- Review code and enforce best practices for quality, security, and scalability.

- Participate in release planning across multiple development teams

- Provide feedback and improvement for engineers in the development team

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Java JDK 17 and newer

- Strong expertise with SQL Server

- Working experience for front end javascript frameworks required

- Experience performing deployments into production environment

- Experience performing troubleshooting and problem-solving during production incidents

- Experience building CI and CD pipelines for automating deployment into Kubernetes or Windows Environments

- Prior technical leadership experience is required (at least team size of 3 engineers)

- Working Experience > 10 years

- Working experience with microsoft reporting tools (SSRS/SSIS) required
