A dynamic World Branding Retail Company, seeking high calibrate to join with excellent opportunities for growth managing the HR Payroll functions and supporting SEA regional projects.

The Role

• Highly knowledgeable in functional HR areas such as Payroll administration, recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, work pass application, HR database and reports
• Assist in supporting the Regional Manager including cost budgeting, annual appraisal, HR projects and management
• Work closely with Retail Operations and act as a point of contact for all HR-related matters
• Responsible for office overall administrative duties such as outbound expatriates, travel arrangement, office supplies and arrange company activities
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by his/her supervisors.

To Qualify

• Diploma or above
• 3 years work experience in HR / Payroll
• Knowledge of payroll software Prosoft and SuccessFactors
• Well-versed knowledge of local employment law and HR practice
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Passionate, willing to learn and adapt to the ever-changing environment
• Familiar with matrix environment
