Salary: $12 - $13 Per Hour
Reports To: HR Manager / Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time HR Administrator to support our HR team with administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of HR processes and are looking for a part time work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing contracts, organizing orientation sessions, and processing exit documentation.
• Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and letters.
• Assist with leave tracking, benefits administration, and payroll processing support.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Respond to HR-related queries from employees and assist in policy communication.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
• Assist in HR reporting and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
