Additional job description

As part of Google Customer Solutions, your role within the AppDev organization is to help app businesses grow profitably and globally. Within AppDev, the Growth Consulting (GC) team is dedicated to driving sustainable growth for app and game developers by providing data-driven solutions and expert guidance across all AppDev programs. You'll empower sales teams with scalable tools and customer-centric frameworks to maximize performance and lead the evolution of AppDev's business approach.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Lead a APAC regional team to drive business growth with delivering data-driven marketing and business consulting to app/gaming developers.
  • Empower client and sales team as a business partner with scalable solutions, including advanced modeling and analysis (pLTV, incrementality, etc.), tools and dashboards.
  • Partner cross-functionally to refine solution strategies for Apps Everywhere mission and accelerate AI-driven business capabilities.
  • Drive impactful results within the mobile app space through data-driven insights.
  • Lead and mentor a technical team, leveraging your proficiency in SQL, Apps Scripts, and Python.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical and technical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in business or media analytics, consulting, financial analysis, marketing, or another quantitative field.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing and deploying data-driven solutions or business recommendations that have led to measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric promoting principles and experience in implementing programs that drive this approach.
  • Proven track record of developing new business growth streams and driving business change in large organizations.
