Responsibilities:

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot server/storage systems for AI training clusters, ensuring infrastructure stability.
Develop monitoring and automation tools for hardware management platforms.
Optimize performance parameters of servers, networks, and storage systems.
Establish server configuration standards and develop maintenance/benchmarking tools.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response and user support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Expertise in server hardware (BIOS/RAID/firmware) and OS-level tuning.
Proficient in Python/Shell/Go for tooling development.
Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems (GPFS/Ceph/GlusterFS).
Prior experience in large-scale (1k+ nodes) training cluster deployment is preferred.
