Responsibilities:
  1. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters for AI training, ensuring high availability.
  2. Design monitoring systems and automation tools to enhance cluster management efficiency.
  3. Lead root-cause analysis and performance tuning for containers, OS, network, and storage.
  4. Manage resource quotas (Quota), analyze cluster utilization, and plan capacity scaling.
  5. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response and user support.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  2. Expertise in Linux administration, including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning.
  3. Proficient in Python/Shell/Go for tooling development.
  4. Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture (CNI/CSI/LB) with hands-on tuning experience.
  5. Prior experience in large-scale (10k+ nodes) training cluster optimization is a plus.
