- Responsible to develop banking application systems including Core Banking, General Ledgers, Payment, Digital Onboarding and other supporting functions.
- Participate in overall IT infrastructure and cyber security develop.
- Participate in evaluation of third-party application, as well as new IT initiatives for ongoing banking operations.
- Participate in the drill and execution of the bank's disaster recovery strategy formulated by the IT team and relevant departments.
- Involved in handling IT-related incidents of unplanned outages, failures and degradation in quality of IT services provided.
- Participate in change management and release management processes, consider code scalability and submit high-quality code.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development role, with a track record of getting things done in a dynamic environment.
- Related experiences in banking and finance services is preferred.
- Solid understanding and practice of any mainstream cloud computing infrastructure.
- Additional scripting and automation expertise will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge in Java, concurrent programming and RDBMS.
- Good knowledge in Unix/Linux OS, Cloud Computing, Message Queue and distributed storage.
- Strong interest in financial domains including any of Core Banking, Payment, eKYC,AML and Forex is preferred.
