We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Singapore, helping us attract and secure top talent in the Web3, blockchain, crypto, and financial technology (FinTech) industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for key roles in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, mining, and FinTech, with a focus on mid-to-senior-level and executive hires (Director and above).
2. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and optimize recruitment processes, expand sourcing channels including headhunters, industry referrals, and community engagement, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
3. Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a high-quality talent database, especially for mining, exchanges, quant firms, and Web3 industry professionals in Singapore and globally.
4. Market & Compensation Analysis: Stay updated on industry salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages and data-driven hiring decisions.
5. Candidate Evaluation & Selection: Independently manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and assessments to secure top-tier talent.
6. Employer Branding: Enhance BitFuFu's employer presence in the Web3 space through industry events, networking, and community-building initiatives.

Requirements:

✅ Must be based in Singapore with PR or SC status.

✅ 1+ years of experience in recruitment within Web3, crypto, mining, exchanges, quant trading, or FinTech.

✅ Strong experience in executive-level hiring (CxO, Directors, VP-level), with headhunting skills and a strong industry network.

✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring channels, including headhunting, referrals, and direct sourcing.

✅ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and secure top talent.

✅ Proficiency in English with strong communication skills for international recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ 5-8 years of recruitment experience.

➕ Background in headhunting, with proven experience in high-level talent acquisition.

➕ Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and industry talent trends.

➕ Experience in employer branding, community engagement, or recruitment marketing.
