Responsibilities:

Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Facilitate meetings/Calls with project team members to identify and resolve issues
Manage project plans, incl. tracking of action items, risks and issues
Communication to different internal and external project stakeholders (SAP Practice, SWO Sales, Microsoft, Country organizations)
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Tracking Program KPIs (esp. Customer wins, ACR consumption, employee certifications)
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for different audiences (SWO management, Microsoft, others)
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Required Skills & Experience

A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field
Project Management Certification (e.g. Scrum/Agile, Prince2, PMP)
Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 Tooling (esp. Teams, Planner, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proven practical experience in project management/PMO for 3 years
Ability to manage project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
Experience as an IT project manager
Able to complete projects in a timely manner
Experience with Azure/SAP is a plus
