Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction sector

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a senior recruitment role, preferably in construction or related industries
✅ Strong understanding of construction industry roles and workforce needs
✅ Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
