Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Oversee appointment confirmations and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage leave systems
• Prepare HR reports (e.g., manpower and levy reports)
• Coordinate annual performance appraisals
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and foreign worker quotas
• Handle medical insurance, work injury claims, and staff reimbursements
• Address disciplinary issues and coordinate welfare activities
• Assist HQ with Workplace Health Program initiatives
• Organize meetings, manage office supplies, and maintain a well-functioning office environment
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
• Assist with reports, presentations, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR related field or equivalent
• 1-3 years' working experience in similar role would be preferred
