Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Employee Relations (ER) and Policy initiatives across Singapore & Pacific to align with business strategy.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive ER governance framework.

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of professional ER services.

• Design and implement HR/ER policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

• Provide training and guidance to managers on ER matters, ensuring consistency and best practices.

• Manage employee grievances, conduct issues, whistleblowing cases, and executive escalations.

• Advise on transformation projects, including reorganizations and restructurings.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and legal counsel to manage employment-related litigation.

• Develop and implement an Industrial Relations strategy to foster proactive engagement.

• Promote a positive employee-employer relationship and a collaborative work environment.

• Build an ER community across Pacific countries to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

• Support Singapore's growth strategy, balancing cost management with revenue growth.

• Navigate compliance and regulatory changes affecting workforce structures.

• Guide leaders in managing disciplinary issues in line with laws and internal policies.

• Adapt to complex workloads, prioritizing legal and commercial risks effectively.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
