Technical Support and Application Engineer

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Days: 5 Days

Working hours : 9am - 6pm

Salary : SGD2,700-4,000 (not inclusive of transport allowance, bonus/commission)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer's needs.
• Support technical requests /support, respond to customer queries and issues of our customers over telephone or email.
• Perform feasibility studies and provide solutions to meet customer application needs.
• Conduct product training and presentation to customers
• Work closely with sales team to maintain existing customers' relationship.
• Using product application knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronics
• Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be added advantage
