Required Competencies

a.\tPossess knowledge in SAP HR and Payroll, with ability to perform data query via SAP programs/queries or SQL.

b.\tGood knowledge of payroll processes and processing.

c.\tHave strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.

d.\tGood planning and coordination skills.

e.\tStrong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.

f.\tGood team player, responsible and conscientious.

g.\tResourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

Required Working Experience

a.\tAt least 2 years of working experience in information technology.

b.\tExperience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.

c.\tExperience in SAP payroll system IT operations and support is preferred.

Educational Qualification

a.\tAt least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.
