Required Competencies

a.\tGood knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS.

b.\tGood understanding of the data design in SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS.

c.\tDemonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.

d.\tProficiency in SQL programming is preferred.

e.\tCompetent in applying Microsoft Excel functions.

f.\tGood planning and coordination skills.

g.\tStrong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.

h.\tGood team player, responsible and conscientious.

i.\tResourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

Required Working Experience

a.\tAt least 2 years of working experience in information technology.

b.\tExperience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.

c.\tExperience in operation support including end user support, troubleshooting and testing is preferred.

d.\tSQL working experience and competent in SQL Programming is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

a.\tAt least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.
