Required Competencies

a.\tGood knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP.

b.\tDemonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.

c.\tProficiency in SQL programming is preferred.

d.\tCompetent in applying Microsoft Excel functions.

e.\tGood planning and coordination skills.

f.\tStrong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.

g.\tGood team player, responsible and conscientious.

h.\tResourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

Required Working Experience

a.\tAt least 2 of working experience in information technology.

b.\tExperience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.

c.\tExperience in operation support including end user support, troubleshooting and testing is preferred.

d.\tMicrosoft Excel working experience and competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions is preferred.

e.\tSQL working experience and competent in SQL Programming is preferred.

Education Qualification

a.\tAt least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering or IT or Equivalent.
