JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resource:
- Facilitating Employees Leaves, Claims & Attendance
- Facilitating Payroll processing
- Maintaining Employees Records
- Facilitating & Maintaining Administrative functions such as Job Postings, Employee On-boarding, Employee contracts etc..
Accounts:
- Handling Full set of accounting works including APAR
- Facilitating Invoicing, Data Entry & Simple Monthly/Yearly Reports
- Ordering Supplies
General Administrative work:
- Picking up phone calls
- Ad-Hoc assignments by Directors
Requirements
- Basic Skill & Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail)
- Basic Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents Onlu
Good to have:
- Familarity with Basic MOM Regulations
- Familarity with HR Best Practices
- Familarity with simple invoicing & reports generation
- Ability to learn and overcome obstacles independently
Ideally
- Being able to commit for at least 3 years
Basic Information
- This role requires you to be on-site role in the office, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
- This is a 9am-6pm role
- Location is at the West (Pandan Loop)
