Working Hours: Mon-Fri 900am-600pm
Basic Salary: $2500-$2800

Job Description:
• Comply with MOM requirements and liaise all MOM related activities/processes/survey/reports. Support day-to-day running of the business.
• Handling correspondences, phone calls and visitors, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Perform data entry, verify documents and ensure accuracy of data entered into system.
• Handle recruitment process and new employee orientation and handle and manage employee records.
• Handle all employee benefits which includes leave and claims and assist in payroll related matters such as attendance, tardiness, leaves taken etc.
• Drafting and sending of company letters, memos and organise and assist in company meetings and events.
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in Singapore
