Job Requirements
- Assist in the daily operations of the Purchasing and outlets
- Assist in managing purchasing information, systems and services
- Assist in maintaining manual or computerised procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories
- Negotiate for the best price for goods and services without comprising quality
- Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems
- To source for alternative supply on products & services
- Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers
- Maintaining good relationship with colleagues at all level
- Audit outlets on receiving processes when required
- Any adhoc duties required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Procurement/ Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in F&B industry
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, hardworking, and meticulous with can-do attitude
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications and SAP
