Job Description
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Purchasing and outlets
  • Assist in managing purchasing information, systems and services
  • Assist in maintaining manual or computerised procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories
  • Negotiate for the best price for goods and services without comprising quality
  • Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems
  • To source for alternative supply on products & services
  • Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers
  • Maintaining good relationship with colleagues at all level
  • Audit outlets on receiving processes when required
  • Any adhoc duties required

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Procurement/ Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in F&B industry
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
  • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, hardworking, and meticulous with can-do attitude
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in use of MS Office Applications and SAP
