HR Intern/Assistant

  • Handle recruitment support - interview, screening, document collection, etc
  • Handle administrative duties 
  • Assist in job advertisement posting and attraction of talent
  • Support in internal recruitment 
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor 

Requirements

  • Min A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies 
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

HR Admin

  • Call and invite potential participants to the career fair. 
  • Maintain a database of applicants and track their status. 
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates regarding job postings and application processes. 
  • Update and maintain the career mail box with current job openings and relevant information. 
  • Support the registration process for career fair participants during the event. 
  • Ensure all necessary documentation (such as CV) is completed and submitted. 
  • Provide support to participants before and during the event. 
  • Assist in guiding participants to the appropriate locations during the career fair. 
  • Provide information and support to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. 
  • Coordinate with event staff to manage the flow of participants. 

Requirements

  • Able to commit from 03 February 2025 to 30 April 2025
  • Minimally Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Prior experience is preferred

HR executive

  • Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires; the sourcing and interview of candidates; prepare salary proposal; the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • Handle employee relations matters, which includes disciplinary related matters; grievances; performance improvement plan and other issues concerning employee engagement.
  • Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication; engagement and performance.
  • Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement sessions.
  • Handle work pass applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters.
  • Support performance management review.
  • Participate in testing and perform Learning Management System administrator role.
  • Any other HR related projects and HR admin duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering preferred
