Responsibilities

• Prepare HR reports and analyze data
• Organize onboarding processes and lead induction programs for new employees
• Assist with annual HR processes, including performance management and talent management
• Offer administrative support for HR programs, activities, and events
• Contribute to the implementation and support of HR initiatives and projects

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field
• HR internship experience preferred
