We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and detailed-oriented candidate to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. As a Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) Specialist, you will provide professional operational support to ensure prompt and smooth execution of our recruitment processes and exceptional candidate experiences whilst adhering to the local regulations and Group’s policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
• Administer work pass application for employees and dependents, where applicable.
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records in Workday.
• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.
• Any other duties or projects assigned
