HRBP Executive (One- North)
#Salary Up to S$4,000/month
#Location: Walkable distance from One- North MRT
#Work Days / Hours: 5-Day Work Week
A leader in the automotive industry (heavy vehicles) is seeking interested candidates to join their team as a HR Executive (Business Partnering).
Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, talent management
- & development and exit process
- To be able to drive HR policies to improve employee retention
- To participate in the development and execution of strategic HR solutions to support business strategies and objectives
- To advise and support internal stakeholders on HR processes and tools such as performance
- management, salary reviews, compensation and benefits and succession planning, employee relations, best practices and legal compliance in matters relating to HR
- Ensure that HR activities are carried out appropriately and are in line with the Group’s policies and service delivery model
- Attend to employees’ queries on HR-related matters and undertake grievance handling when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Possess good working knowledge on local government regulations and employment
