As an HR Assistant, you will support HR professionals in managing employee records, recruiting new staff, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Records: Maintain employee data, ensure compliance with company policies, and help with payroll administration.
  • Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including orientation and training schedules.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns and helping with HR-related queries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle HR documentation and assist with performance reviews or employee assessments.

Job Requiremeents:

  • Min 'A' Levels
