Human ResourcesWe are seeking a highly skilled individual to develop high-performance computational codes that simulate the quantum dynamics of optomechanical systems, particularly levitation-based quantum sensors. You will collaborate closely with cutting-edge experimental teams, contribute to pioneering GitHub-based codebases, and apply advanced AI techniques to optimize complex quantum experiments.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various in-house and open-source quantum software packages under development for quantum computing and quantum information science. Additionally, you will have the chance to work alongside leading quantum industry players, accelerating the translation of groundbreaking research into real-world applications.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Physics, Quantum Information Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong numerical and programming skills for developing high-performance simulation codes.
- A deep understanding of optomechanical-based quantum sensors. An understanding of levitation-based systems is a plus.
- Proven experience collaborating with experimental teams.
- Knowledge of quantum information science and quantum computation.
- Proficiency with GitHub and contributing to code repositories.
- Familiarity with advanced AI techniques for experiment optimization.
- Experienced with Python, C/C++, Rust, etc.
- Experience in using HPC to accelerate numerical simulation is a plus.
