Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements
- Support hiring activities such as internal & external advertisement
- Perform 1st selection of candidates by shortlisting and screening of candidates
- Coordinate and facilitate face to face interview between candidates and hiring managers- Recommend salary proposals
- Plan & drive ad-hoc HR events like career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.
- Provide support in the planning, implementation, and administration of staff welfare and benefits
- Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
- Manage and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to labor laws
- Work with Regional HR to drive and execute DE&I initiatives and activities
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business or Human Resources
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Candidates with only internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply, training will be provided
- Good project management skill, strong coordination, creative and innovative thinking
- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
- Strong computer knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Automation tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently
- Adaptable, flexible and comfortable to work in a Japanese company with a multicultural environment
Compensation:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
