Senior Executive, Shared Services HR (Faculty)
The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in providing HR operational support to local Schools / Colleges (units) on Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, Tenure and Exit Management processes in the University.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HR matters which include administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management for Faculty in the assigned School
  • Provide HR operational and secretariat support to school level committees formed for the appointment, reappointment, promotion & tenure for Faculty
  • Provide HR advisory support on related processes and procedures
  • May be involved in supporting University level meetings
  • Participate in projects/process improvement reviews


Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related disciplines
  • Strong writing skills is essential
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
  • Proficient in WorkDay is an advantage
