• Promote and manage staff facilities, for example, Staff Lounge, Gym and other staff recreational facilities
• Support the team to drive Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement survey, pulse survey, action and improvement plans.
• Support the team in Employee Engagement Events
• Keen on running events, comfortable with coordination leading up to events (liaising with fellow staff, vendors, creation of EDM/social media) and actual event day activities
• Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of company
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes 
• Provide administrative support
• Support in internal events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in HR, Business, Marketing or any relevant field 
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice 
• Prior event management experience will be advantageous
