Job Description:

• Identifying and developing client/business relationships
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignmentSourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Managing employee separation processes
• Assignment of individual employees to different roles
• Processing of payroll in a timely manner.
• Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees.
• Maintaining positive relations with employees and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
