Responsibilities

• Direct and develop HR strategy to align with business needs and goals and engage, support and advise management team on HR related matters
• Formulate and implement HR policies and programs for full spectrum of HR duties covering talent acquisition, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc
• Work with the various departments on talents acquisition, talent retention, training and succession planning
• Initiate and drive employee experience
• Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements
• Oversee general administration

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in full spectrum of HR duties
• Ability to lead a small team
• Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
