You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, in the healthcare industry, as a Temp HR Executive!

Temp Procurement Associate Executive

Duration: 3 months extendable

Location: Jurong East, shifting to One North by Aug 24

Working hours: Mon – Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm & Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Salary: $2200 - $3200 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
• Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or Business-related discipline
• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records/data
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
• Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
• Organized, meticulous and proactive
