Job Responsibilities:
- Be the link between potential job seeker and employers
- Source, search and qualify suitable applicants for job openings
- Conduct interviews to assess applicant's work experience, attitude, and aptitude
- Provide relevant career advice and job market information to potential job applicants
- Develop potential clients and establish strong working partnership with them
- Conduct reference checks on shortlisted candidates
- Assist clients in making offers to shortlisted candidates
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any disciplines
- Enjoys working in a team-based environment
- Outgoing with a genuine interest in meeting & talking to people
