Salary: $120K per annum + Variable bonus 

Job Scope: 

• Provide Pay related guidance to the business and identify and embed process improvements
• Ensure accurate Payroll Processing / Control Checking is carried out for payrolls
• Lead and/or participate in activities within HR Operations
• Provide subject matter & process expertise on all general and complex tasks and processes within the team and support the HR Business Partners where applicable
• Actively assess, monitor, manage and report risks within the team and ensure appropriate controls are in place and also carry out required payroll accounting where applicable
• Actively assess processes and implement the ongoing maintenance of team quality control standards
• Support/Lead on annual and ad-hoc Audit activity
• Support/Lead on annual and ad hoc Tax Reporting activity
• Leas/Manage the Cloudpay relationship as well as other vendors where applicable
• Manage payroll-related reports and surveys requested from Regulators

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks
• Relevant experience in banks/ financial institutions is required preferably with matrix reporting lines and complex regional/ global interfaces 
• Experienced in either Workday, Service Now, CloudPay or Big-4 HR consultancy is ideal
• Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Australia Payroll experience would be advantageous
