Job scope

Manpower Planning & Operations
•    Work closely with HODs and line managers in projection of manpower estab and review hiring request. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to preplan forward hiring for projected attrition.
•    Provide advisory support on issues relating to performance management and people management.
•    Communicate and advise on HR policies and to implement management practices that align with policies and comply to regulations and regularly review and improve on workflow processes & procedures.
•    Conduct exit interviews to establish and find out issues relating to staff retention and satisfaction.
•    Responsible for annual/bi-annual mass renewal of practicing certificate for all existing Allied Health Professionals/Pharmacists.
•    Responsible for preparation of reports for supporting departments/overall JHC departments (as assigned)
•    Responsible for all HR operational matters relating to the assigned division/ departments, with support from Shared Services (where applicable).
 
Compensation & Benefits
•    Partner with Performance & Reward team to coordinate the promotion exercise and annual appraisal exercises and work closely with the line to review promotion recommendations.
•    Address staff queries on compensation matters, with support from Performance & Reward team.
 
Talent Management, Succession Planning & Employee Development
•    Partner with Talent Management Specialist and Allied Health HODs in annual talent identification and succession planning exercise and work together on development posting opportunities for identified talents and potential successors.
 
Employee Relations, Engagement & Change Management
•    Provide advisory support on staff disciplinary or grievance handling including secretariat support for the investigations.
•    Support in providing recommendation of interventions to improve employee engagement.

Job requirement

  • Degree in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources function.
  • Prefer candidate with HR exp in healthcare industry
