• Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations and administration processes
• Responsible for payroll processing; assist in Employee Claims and Leaves matter
• Roster Management for Employees
• Manage claims and invoices
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
• Manage Foreign Worker Related Matter (e.g.: Work Pass
• Applications/Renewal/Cancellations)
• Perform other duties as assigned
   

Requirements 

• Possess at least a Degree in Human resource or equivalent
• Prior experience in healthcare and recruitment would be advantageous
• At least about 2 years experience in HR 
• Passion and interest to work in healthcare
