Salary: $3000 - 4500 (depending on experience)

Job Scope: 

•    Provide support to the medical staff recruitment activities (arrange interview, preparation of contract / letters and other onboarding process), data maintenance, employee engagement activities as well as other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
•    Assist with requests from staff such as updating of particulars, dependents, requests for LOG/LOC etc
•    Other admin duties such as nametag ordering, e-payment and arrangement of get-well basket, filing

Job Requirements: 

•    Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Human Resource Management
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / SAP or Success Factor will be an added advantage
