Senior Executive, Shared Services HR (Faculty)
The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in supporting the Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management process within the University.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Faculty HR matters which includes administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management
  • Provide HR advisory support on process and procedure
  • Provide secretariat support to the school's level Faculty HR committees
  • May be involved in supporting University level meetings
  • Participate in projects/process reviews


Requirements
  • Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related Diploma or Degree
  • Strong writing skills is essential
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
