Job Summary:

As a valuable member of our organisation, you will be a key enabler in growing our business units by attracting the right talents, as well as ensuring smooth operations of our business on a daily basis!

Job Responsibilities:

Internal Recruitment:

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and LinkedIn
• Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
• Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program

HR operations:

• Organize company events and participate in campus outreach
• Application of MOM Work Passes and updating of personnel records
• Facilities management
• Insurance and medical benefits administration and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• No experience required as you will be attached to a mentor and training is provided!
