Job Summary:
As a valuable member of our organisation, you will be a key enabler in growing our business units by attracting the right talents, as well as ensuring smooth operations of our business on a daily basis!
Job Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment:
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and LinkedIn
- Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
- Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program
HR operations:
- Organize company events and participate in campus outreach
- Application of MOM Work Passes and updating of personnel records
- Facilities management
- Insurance and medical benefits administration and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- No experience required as you will be attached to a mentor and training is provided!
