Job scope:-

• Manage the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
• Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and as well as benefits reviews.
• Conduct job evaluations
• Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
• Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies

Job Requirement:-

• Min Degree in HR Management or equivalent
• Min 3 Years experience in C&B specialisation
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
