Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. (posting of jobs descriptions, scheduling interview with candidates, extending offers etc)
- Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and forecasting to facilitate hiring
- Ensure all recruitment activities are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor recruitment performance and timeline.
- Other tasks as and when assigned.
- Minimum A level / Diploma / Deg in any studies
- Have the passion to liaise with people from all walks of life.
- On Job Training provided.
