Job Description:

  • Oversee the review and monitoring of all HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Perform local and overseas payroll runs and prepare payroll-related reports.
  • Handle submission of payroll-related government paid leave and tax clearances.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and handle appeals for employees.
  • Manage and conduct recruitment and selection activities to attract and hire qualified candidates for the outlet.
  • Conduct the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth assimilation and proper integration into the outlet's team.
  • Manage training and development activities for employees to enhance skills and improve performance.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations for staff to assess their performance and provide feedback.
  • Handle various HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements :

  • At least Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
