Job Description:
- Oversee the review and monitoring of all HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Perform local and overseas payroll runs and prepare payroll-related reports.
- Handle submission of payroll-related government paid leave and tax clearances.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and handle appeals for employees.
- Manage and conduct recruitment and selection activities to attract and hire qualified candidates for the outlet.
- Conduct the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth assimilation and proper integration into the outlet's team.
- Manage training and development activities for employees to enhance skills and improve performance.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for staff to assess their performance and provide feedback.
- Handle various HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance HR efficiency.
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements :
- At least Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
