Job Description:
Recruitment and selection (i.e Singapore Nursing Board and Work Pass processing)

• Conducting of interviews
• On-boarding and off-boarding process
• Update of staff information in HRIS
• Dormitory matters
• Preparation of HR reports
• Coordinating of performance management exercises
• Training administration
• Insurance matters
• Payrolls matters
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resource/Business or similar w min 2-3 yrs of relevant HRBP experience
