Job Scope:

• Manage all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training, and other operational tasks.
• Ensure HR communications are effective and conduct audits to maintain compliance.
• Enhance and oversee Learning and Development processes.
• Develop and implement company-wide training programs and manage the training budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for training providers and vendors.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, staff wellbeing programs, and activities like induction, orientation, talent retention, and global internships.

Requirements:

• Candidates with related HR experience is an added advantage.
