What You Will Do
What We're Looking For
What You Will Do
- Architect and develop backend services that support high-volume processing and real-time operations
- Build APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration across internal and external systems
- Optimize database design, caching strategies, and system throughput
- Strengthen system security by implementing encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms
- Monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical solutions
- Work closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful service development
- Experience designing scalable distributed architectures
- Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of system security, authentication protocols, and data protection standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
